This practice-exercise is the first part of the process of actual manifestation.

In numerous ancient texts it is said that in the beginning first there was the Word, meaning that sound created the physical world, it came first, before anything else existed. Sound and vibration have thus been known since the primordial mystics of Earth to be directly related to the manifestation of matter.

This 15 minute heart-path activation is designed to help you on your journey to manifesting the matter of your dreams, to bring you into higher states of aliveness, success, accomplishment and heart coherence, by getting clarity on the deepest truth within you. It then encourages you to make a Sacred Celtic Vow, A GEIS in the Irish Language tradition, to live this vow each and every day.

Have a pen and paper ready, write down all divinely guided messages from your heart. This is your path and this is your time.

Process Steps:
Find a quiet space for a 15 minute sound practice session

Prepare the body, get comfortable and enter deep relaxation

Have pen and paper ready to write down all messages and especially your Sacred Vow - Your GEIS.

Set the intention for this to be your Sacred Time, To See With Deep Clarity Your Path Of Heart and To Make Your Sacred Vow.
